At Globe-Trotter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our logistics partner.
